Your time is very important at DermaGlow®!

  • A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.  Your card will not be charged unless you miss your scheduled appointment and do not give at
    least 24 hours notice.  If you miss your scheduled appointment, a 50% cost of scheduled service fee will be applied to your credit card.  Please, be
    courteous.

  • Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time.

  • If this is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to appointment.

  • If you must cancel/reschedule your appointment, please give 24 hrs notice.

  • Cell phones & pagers must be turned off or on vibrate- this is your time to relax.

  • Children are welcome if they are receiving services, if not, please make arrangements for childcare -this is your time to relax.

  • Gratuity is appreciated.

  • We accept cash, personal check & credit card.

  • Returned checks are subject to a $25 NSF fee

  • There will be a  Cancellation Fee equal to 50% cost of scheduled service, if you do not show for your appointment.  The time booked for your
    appointment is YOUR time, please be courteous.
